1. Overview
At hiCONSTITUTION (hiconstitution.com), we provide digital educational passes ("hiConstitution Pro") for learners, students, and competitive exam aspirants. Because our services provide instant digital access upon payment, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction or if your payment was debited without VIP pass activation, we issue a 100% full refund within 5–7 working days.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel or choose not to renew their hiConstitution Pro subscription at any time without any cancellation fees. Since our subscriptions are one-time fixed-term passes (30 Days, 180 Days, or 365 Days), there is no recurring automatic debit without your authorization.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account or UPI was debited more than once for the same plan, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.
- Failed Activation: If money was deducted via Cashfree but your VIP subscription was not activated within 24 hours and our technical team cannot manually activate it.
- Accidental Plan Upgrade: If you requested a refund within 48 hours of purchase without significant consumption of features.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be claimed after the subscription period has expired, or where the user account was suspended due to a breach of Terms & Conditions (such as content scraping or abuse).

6. Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (UPI ID, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit Card) via Cashfree Payments within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing cycles.
