By accessing or using the hiCONSTITUTION website (hiconstitution.com) or our Android mobile application (com.hiconstitution.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
hiCONSTITUTION is an educational learning platform created to promote civic knowledge, constitutional literacy, and examination preparation (UPSC, State PSCs, Law, Judiciary) for Indian citizens and students.
3. hiConstitution Pro Subscriptions & Pricing in INR
We offer premium educational passes ("hiConstitution Pro") that provide ad-free learning, digital constitutional books access (including Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's writings), exam simulation tools, and bonus study coins. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) including applicable taxes:

4. Payments & Gateway Security
All online transactions are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Cashfree Payments. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. Payment sessions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL technology.
5. User Accounts & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. Unauthorized resale, scraping, or commercial exploitation of constitutional materials and tests without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The text of the Constitution of India is public domain. Proprietary explanations, UI components, quiz questions, interactive simulations, and logos are property of hiConstitution.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent payment activities.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
